Canadian Corporate Information

Clear Channel Outdoor Canada is headquartered in Toronto, with offices in Montreal and Ottawa. The Canadian office opened in Toronto, Ontario in 1998 as More Group, a British-based outdoor company who operated primarily in Europe. In 1999, More Group was acquired by Clear Channel as part of a global expansion strategy into the out of home sector. The Canadian division was realigned in early 2000 and became part of the Eller Media Group as Eller Canada. The Canadian division then partnered with The Ellman Companies. Ellman Corporation is a leading real estate developer in both Canada and the United States. The Ellman Companies played a significant role in the development activities in Yonge-Dundas Square including the building of the Atrium Media Tower.

1998	Began operations as More Group Plc, an outdoor advertising company with presence in 25 countries around the world.
1999	Clear Channel acquires More Group.
2000	The Canadian division partners with the Ellman Companies and the outdoor division is renamed Eller Media Company Canada.
2001	Eller Media Canada changes its name to Clear Channel Outdoor Canada.
2005	Clear Channel Outdoor Company Canada is created via amalgamation of Clear Channel Company Canada II, The Ellman Group and Eller Media.
